How it works
Pick two peaks
Tap a start summit and a finish summit on the map. Add a hut or a pass in between if you want to go a certain way.
We plan the trail
The route follows real hiking paths and is split into days. Each day ends at a hut with beds and stays under your limit, 7 hours by default.
Walk it day by day
For every day you see walking time, distance, metres up and down, the hardest grade on the way and the hut for the night with a link to book it.
Made for big days in the Alps
- Only summits worth the climb
- Every summit on the map has a clear view of at least two other named peaks, worked out from the terrain. No car-park viewpoints, no towers.
- Huts you can sleep in
- Mountain huts and inns above the valley, with a link to their official booking page. No roadside guesthouses.
- Honest about difficulty
- Grades from SAC T1 to T6. Sections that need gear, like via ferratas or glaciers, are marked, and we suggest a way around them.
- A way back to the car
- Plan a loop, or see the bus and train connection from your finish back to where you started.
Be on the trail first.
